History of Passion:

I have always had a deep passion for technology and computers and anything that related to this subject. I remember owning the first android phone by Google which was the HTC G1. My continuous passion didn't start there. It started before AOL was released back in 1996.

Before anybody knew what the  Internet was,  my interest in general computer knowledge started with my first computer, the IBM 286. I was amazed by what this machine was capable of. I took it upon myself to learn everything there was to learn about the OS and hardware on the machine. I would take it apart and teach myself how things worked and why they worked the way they did.

Fast forward to 2014, I own the best technology that is available today. I use a smartphone that is over 10,000 times more powerful than my first computer,  I make sure I am up to date with the latest and greatest to make my life easier as the days go by. I am currently using the Galaxy Note 3 Smart Phone, which has the capabilities of almost any computer out there today. With its quad core processor and 3gb of ram, this phone never lags. Its capabilities have made my everyday life easier for work and play. With these high specifications and its capabilities, I have the ability to login to others computers on the road using a program such as teamviewer.

I am very happy that I was brought up in the world of computers to see the amazing progression that it has taken the human race and I can't wait to see what we are in store for in the future.

My Goals:

Ive learned that its not necessarily what you do, where you live or how much you make, but it's who you work with that makes your job, and ultimately your career, an enjoyable part of your life. Because why wouldnt you want something you do every day to be enjoyable?

I have a lot of goals in life, but I feel this statement sums up it up pretty well: to have a career where I am able to work interdependently with people while helping others to the best of my ability!

Work Experience:

I started working when I was in high school, involved with a co-op education program which allowed me to get into the work force early. I was placed into a job position which jump started my introduction to responsible work ethics.

It all started at an appliance parts store, where I did essential tasks such as clean the shop and make sure the parts were in order.  A year later, I upgraded to a position at Home Depot.  Working there for two years, I covered different departments such as the garden department, paint department and electrical department which allowed me to achieve different skill sets.

I worked at Home Depot through graduation and after high school.  Moving beyond retail, I wanted to start my career in technology. I found it in a position with one of the largest VOIP/Internet calling companies: IDT Systems.  I was excited to finally be involved with technology on a daily basis.

After working with them for a year, I accepted a great position with a company called Misys Healthcare Systems, which offered electronic billing services for doctors offices.  I learned the in-and-outs of their UNIX-based medical billing software. With the previous experience I had in customer service in Home Depot and IDT, I felt at right at home working for Misys.  My responsibilities consisted of working with a large client base and answering any technical questions they had regarding their software and hardware they had in their offices. I left the company as a Technical Support Level II (Integrated Data Specialist).

After working for many years with Misys, I took the opportunity to work with my father in his construction company. He was expanding rapidly and my skills were essential in improving the family business. I worked with him for 4 years and gained lots of insight on the fundamentals of small-business enteurperuship. This experience was very valuable to me because I was able to see both ends of the spectrum. My responsibilities consisted of everything having to do with running the office and working in the field.  The toughest challenge was supervising a crew of 5-10 employees at any time. I found this to be quite challenging, but over time I was able to meet the challenge and assure that each job was completed to the satisfaction of the client.  After many years of hard work and dedication, my father decided to dissolve the company to retire. I am ready to get back into my ongoing passion of technology and get back into the IT world.

I have also been doing computer repair and building websites since 2000.  These are just some of the websites I have created over the years:
